Our Spinal Disorder Wellness Program is designed to provide gentle, therapeutic support for individuals managing conditions affecting the spine—such as herniated discs, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, or chronic back pain. This program focuses on improving posture, increasing flexibility, strengthening core muscles, and relieving tension along the spine to promote better alignment and mobility.
