Description
Our Sciatica Relief Program is thoughtfully designed to help individuals manage and ease the discomfort caused by sciatica—characterized by pain radiating along the sciatic nerve, often affecting the lower back, hips, and legs. This gentle, therapeutic program blends targeted movement, stretching, posture correction, and breath awareness to reduce nerve compression and improve mobility.
Each session is led by experienced instructors who offer modifications to suit all levels and pain thresholds. Participants are guided through mindful exercises that release tension in the lower back, strengthen supporting muscles, and promote proper alignment—key factors in alleviating sciatic pain and preventing recurrence.
This program creates a safe, supportive space for healing, helping participants regain comfort, confidence, and freedom of movement in everyday life.
