Description
Our Respiratory Disorders Wellness Program is designed to support individuals dealing with conditions such as asthma, COPD, bronchitis, and other breathing-related challenges. Through a combination of therapeutic breathing techniques, gentle physical movement, and relaxation practices, this program helps improve lung function, reduce symptoms, and enhance overall respiratory health.
Led by trained wellness professionals, each session includes pranayama (yogic breathing), posture alignment, and light stretches specifically chosen to open the chest, strengthen respiratory muscles, and increase oxygen intake. The sessions also address lifestyle and environmental factors that affect breathing, helping participants develop awareness and better self-care habits.
