Description

Our Vertigo Relief Program is thoughtfully designed to help individuals manage the symptoms of vertigo—commonly experienced as a sensation of spinning, dizziness, imbalance, or lightheadedness. These symptoms often stem from inner ear disorders, vestibular nerve issues, or cervical (neck-related) imbalances.

This gentle, therapeutic program incorporates guided movement, balance training, eye-tracking exercises, posture correction, and breath awareness to improve stability, reduce episodes of dizziness, and retrain the body’s sense of spatial orientation.

Led by trained instructors experienced in vestibular-friendly approaches, each session offers modifications to suit individual needs and comfort levels. Participants are guided through safe, progressive exercises that calm the nervous system, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and reduce vertigo triggers—empowering them to regain confidence and control in daily life.

This program fosters a safe and calming environment for healing—helping participants restore balance, reduce anxiety related to dizziness, and improve overall quality of life.


Class Goal


Reduce Dizziness and Disorientation

Use targeted head, eye, and body movements to help retrain the vestibular system and reduce vertigo episodes.


Improve Balance and Coordination

Guide participants through standing and seated balance exercises to rebuild postural control and prevent falls.


Strengthen Neck and Core Muscles

Support cervical spine health and reduce tension that may contribute to vertigo-related symptoms.


Promote Nervous System Calm

Integrate breathwork and gentle movements that relax the body and reduce anxiety or fear triggered by vertigo.
